We are Here For You!

We want to reach out to as many people as we can in these trying times. This is why we decided to hold support groups. Find the one you feel is the best fit for you and add fill out the form to join.

All Support groups are from 1-2 hours long and include time for all introductions and a few sentences of why you decided to join, get, and give advice and a short Q&A at the end. 

Self-Help

This group helps you learn how to identify what you need help with and why self-help is the way to go. You will be able to interact with others and share stories, problems, or anything else you would like to express.

Overwhelming Anxiety Issues

This group helps people learn about the difference between anxiety and stress and teaches you how to deal with it. Meet like-minded people and help each other learn ways to manage anxiety.

 

keeping Stress And stressors under control

This is where you can find people that want to learn how to manage the way they handle stress and minimize stressors. Everybody can learn pointers from others that may help in their own lives.

 

Boosting your confidence

Get some pointers about how to build and keep your confidence. Meet others that may be struggling with this and get some insight into things that may help you.

 

Loving yourself consistently 

Many people have challenges with loving themselves for many different reasons. You are not alone. Join this group and find out some useful information and techniques.
